Along with those wonderful effects, Renukah personally works with students on muscular strength/endurance, stress release, sports injuries, and back pain release/prevention. The particular practice of Kundalini Yoga balances the glandular system, strengthens the nervous system and enables you to harness the energy of the mind and the emotions, so you can be in control of yourself, rather than being controlled by your thoughts and feelings.


New to Yoga?

You don’t even have to own your own mat! We always have a stock full of mats to borrow at the studio and if you want to practice one-on-one in the comfort of your own home, I have my own supply at the ready. All you have to bring is an open mind and heart!


What is Power Flow Yoga?

Power Flow Yoga is a series of gymnastic type movements and poses directed at creating the highest level of energy, vitality and freedom. It is an exercise that allows your breath to take you through each pose and go deeper within yourself to create an environment that energizes and heals the body, mind and spirit simultaneously.


What is Kundalini Yoga?

Kundalini Yoga is a series of sequences, called kriyas, which consist of rapid, repetitive movements of the hands in conjunction with chanting and breathing exercises that ultimately change and strengthen one’s radiance by raising the energy from the lower chakras to the higher chakras. The effect of this class will be to energize the practitioner and awaken inner knowledge to gain peace of mind.
